Types of Door
- Solid woods
- Wood veneered MDF
- Vinyl or Foil wrapped MDF
Solid Wood Wardrobe Doors
Solid wood doors are available in most standard solid woods – pine, oak, beech, maple etc and in a wide range of patterns – shaker style, arched patterns, with glass pannels etc. Solid wood wardrobe doors although very beautiful are the most expensive option and because of this we don’t install them very often.
Wood Veneered MDF Wardrobe Doors

Wood veneered MDF doors are available in a range of different woods and patterns. They can be a good option if you like the look and feel of natural woods but don’t want to pay the high price for solid wood doors. Wood veneered MDF doors can also be painted any colour of your choosing which can result in a nice painted wood grain effect with certain woods.
Vinyl and Foil Wrapped MDF Wardrobe Doors

This type of door has become more or less the industry standard for wardrobe doors. Because of the way these doors are manufactured a wide range of colours and patterns are possible. This type of door is highly popular because of it’s lower cost compared to other door types.
